Alex joined FPC with extensive experience across administration and client-facing roles. Her background has given her a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and client service – skills she now brings to her role as Service Manager.
At FPC, Alex is responsible for coordinating client administration, supporting the wider team, and ensuring that each stage of the financial planning process runs efficiently. She particularly enjoys learning about the products and services FPC provides and getting to know the individual needs and backgrounds of clients.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active at the gym, and hiking in the countryside.
