Dean brings a wealth of experience to FPC, having held senior operational roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of New York Mellon, Chase De Vere, Close Brothers, and Investec. He joined FPC to lead on all things Operations – from systems, processes and risk management to IT infrastructure and organisational development – ensuring the firm has the structure and support it needs to thrive.
His qualifications include an Advanced Certificate in Operational Risk, four R0 exams, and a pre-RDR Financial Planning Certificate. Dean is passionate about creating operational excellence in a way that supports both strategic growth and a brilliant team culture.
Outside of work, Dean is a proud supporter of AFC Bournemouth (the mighty Cherries!), enjoys playing squash, and spends most of his free time with his wife and two children, aged 11 and 14. He’s also doing his best to keep up with his wife’s love of all things Disneyland.
