Fiona joined FPC after two decades in financial services with Richard Bamber & Co, where she spent 18 years specialising in mortgages and a further two in commercial insurance. Her experience brings a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail to her role as Service Manager.
At FPC, Fiona supports clients and advisers by managing processes efficiently and ensuring every administrative detail is handled with care. She enjoys the structure of her work and the sense of purpose that comes from helping the team deliver an exceptional client experience.
Outside of work, Fiona is a lifelong Liverpool supporter and an avid football fan, often attending early rounds of the FA Cup and non-league matches.
She has been a Brownie Leader in Bootle for over 24 years and enjoys helping the girls to achieve their full potential through various activities and challenges. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog Connie, relaxing with her cat Penny, and keeping fit at Boogie Bounce every week.
