Suzanne joined FPC after working at AJ Bell, bringing valuable experience in financial administration and client service.
As Service Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day administration that keeps client plans running smoothly and ensures each stage of the process is managed with care and precision.
She holds the CII Level 3 Award in Financial Administration (QCF) – Pensions, as well as CF1 (UK Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics) and FA2 (Pensions Administration).
Suzanne enjoys the collaborative culture at FPC, particularly the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to a company that truly lives its values.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys keeping fit, spending time with her family, and watching football.
