The Venus Centre

The Venus Centre is based in Bootle, Liverpool and helps vulnerable families and those in supported living (including refugees and previously homeless individuals) who need emergency food and care provision.

Working in partnership with the Community Foundation for Merseyside, FPC has provided support to the Centre via the LCRCares Covid-19 Community Support Fund. Our contribution has funded a range of costs and supplies including transport and petrol, baby food and nappies, toiletries, cleaning products, dried/tinned/fresh food and outdoor toys for children to exercise in the garden/yard (e.g. skipping ropes, hula hoops) and paper/pens and printing costs.

We have also offered practical hands on support from our team and access to our office facilities.
