FPC is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Head of Operations, Dean Gough, who will be helping us to improve every aspect of our service.
Earlier this month the FPC team came together for a strategic planning day as we marked the official hand over of our Head of Operations role from John Phelan and welcomed Dean to the team.
In John’s time at the helm he has overseen both the logistics of our office transformation and the complete overhaul of all of our IT infrastructure.
Managing Partner at FPC, Moira O’Shaughnessy comments: “John’s contribution has been immense and we are extremely grateful for the experience, good humour and positivity that John brought to the role.”
Dean is an innovative, forward thinker with extensive experience across the whole sector, from IFA to national wealth manager. He has a wide remit and will be reviewing our processes and improving our interactions with both our clients and partners. We look forward to introducing him to our clients in due course, so he can gather their feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Meanwhile, we are delighted that far from losing John’s valuable support, he will be joining the FPC board in a consultancy role and continuing to act as a mentor and resource for Dean to call upon as he beds into his new role.
At the away day, John delighted in his ‘retirement’ cake and we raised a glass to him, and to FPC’s recent award of Professional Services Business of the Year at the Merseyside Independent Business awards.
Dean’s appointment follows the recent addition of two more members to the team as the firm continues to invest in its future.
